I take the following...

Vegan one multiple without Iron, I like this because the dosage seems reasonable, not to small, not too large. I also prefer gelatin free capsules.

http://www.nutraceutical.com/search/view_product.cfm?product_index=2406174

Kyolic garlic supplement 1 600 MG tablet per day (1200 MG would probably be a better regimen as the R & D department of koylic told me most of the studies were for 1200 MG). They also make a product called kyo-green that looks good.

http://www.kyolic.com/

I drink at last one 8 to 12 ounce glass of low sodium V-8 juice per day, it gives you 2 servings of vegetables per every 8 oz., and the low sodium version has extra potassium. It also has about 17 mg of lycopene per 8 oz.

http://www.v8juice.com/

I take one tablespoon of organic flaxseed oil per day. I try to eat Salmon at least once per week, but I should eat fish 2-3 times per week instead of one.

http://www.spectrumorganics.com/

I take two tablespoons of tart cherry juice per day, mixed with juice like Northland cranberry or tropicana triple berry juice.

http://www.brownwoodacres.com/

I like drinking fresh brewed green tea from Lipton, usually 8 to 16 oz. per day.

I eat about 1 oz. of walnuts per day, they have good fats i.e., omega 3 and they are good for the vascular system.

I'm considering adding 420 MG of magnesium per day to my regimen. I'm also considering adding LEF grape seed extract and/or blueberry extract.

I like to eat organic yogurt from Stonyfield farms & I also take Tums to make sure I'm getting enough calcium.

http://www.stonyfield.com/

In general, I try to follow a balanced diet and get 4-5 servings of both fruits and vegetables per day. However, some of these servings come from fruit juice and vegetable juice. I like tropicana orange juice with added calcium and vitamin D. I avoid sodium, refined sugar, (no soda or donuts, etc..) and white breads. I use whole grain bread products whenever possible. I like eating oats & I think they are healthy. I don't smoke and only drink moderately on occasion (rare). I have not eaten beef for about 5 years, I only eat turkey, chicken, fish, pork, etc.. (I ate an ostridge burger once :-)

I sometimes use http://www.designerwhey.com/  .

I do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day on an exercise bike, and walk in the park sometimes to reduce stress. I know exercise is not part of your question, but I think it's one of the best things you can do for general physical and mental well being & possibly life extension. I also do pushups, crunches, squats, calve raises, dumbell curls, & use the hand squeeze exercisers three times per week to every other day depending on how I feel.

I do cheat a little, I love dark chocolate and I eat it even though I now it has too much fat and stains my teeth a little.

My approach is reasonable exercise, reasonable diet, and reasonable supplementation. Also, handling stress as best a possible really helps. Just being generally happy & not worrying too much goes a long way towards good health & vitality.

I think genetics are the key to significant life extension, but until it gets figured out or even if it never is, why not follow a reasonable diet, exercise, and supplement plan ? Even if it doesn't extend your lifespan to a great or really significant degree, it will probably add a few good years & at the very least will help you get the most of the time you have.

I also drink green tea and have a diet rich in antioxidant foods. I plan to switch to a capsule version though since it contains even more nutrients. I don't take the multi everyday though since recent studies have shown that exercise and antioxidant intake is not beneficial, you either do one or the other.

Thank you for the post. I noticed you keep some of the products refrigerated. Is that necessary?

Here is my quite extensive supplement regimen. I have issues with extremely high cholesterol, low testosterone, very high triglycerides, and I'm over 50, so concerned about high plaque buildup that probably occurred due to the fact I never dealt with my cholesterol problem until now. Thus I'm taking some plaque reduction supplements as well as drinking 6 ounces of pomegranate juice in the mornings, and basically following the routine outlined in the book "Reverse Heart Disease Now" by Sinatra/Roberts.  So besides general overall health, my supplements address possible cardiovascular disease reversal, high cholesterol, plaque buildup, and low testosterone.  Here it is:

          1 X 3 means one 3 times per day
