The LEF Weight Loss Guide is claimed to be “the most comprehensive fat-reduction program ever developed” which recommends various “hormones, drugs, nutrients, lifestyle changes proven to reverse age-related weight gain” to “correct multiple obesity-inducers while slashing your risk of degenerative disease.” Below, I have translated and organized the suggestions in the book into a list of weight loss agents and strategies which address the multiple factors which predispose aging human to gain weight. First, I have listed the weight loss agents in priority order. Second, I have re-listed these products under the mechanism of action/ obesity-inducing factor which each addresses.

Please post your experiences (success or failure) implementing the suggestions presented in this book. This forum is meant to survey people who have in “good faith” attempted to correct the “multiple obesity-inducing factors” using At Least One of the “hormones, drugs, nutrients, lifestyle changes” suggested in the book to address Each factor which aggravates our best efforts to lose weight.

1) Please update this thread along your journey. If possible, begin with A) The date you started, B) Initial Weight, C) Initial Waist Circumference, and D) Initial BMI (body mass index; BMI calculators are available free online). Periodically, update this thread with your most current results (please provide current date) vs the date you started, your initial weight, initial waist circumference, and initial BMI.

2) After 4 Months, how successful was your weight loss when you diligently used at least one agent or technique to correct each obesity inducing factor?
