I have stopped taking Dhea. I was taking 100 mg a day split into two doses and it made me very jittery. Perhaps i should have taken less.

A month ago I stopped taking Trenbolone . It made me extra strong at the time. I gained 15 pounds of pure mucle but the sides are irritability and I was not myself.  A week or two later I dropped the 15 pounds of mucle I gained.

I am now on testosterone at 75 mg per day and it is giving similar but less strength gains but my attitude is positive verse the negativity from Trenbolone. Testosterone is priced pretty reasonable compaired to HGH, Trenbolone, IGF-1 etc. Studies show the toxicity is low also. I think the Trenbolon made my AST and another liver value rise outside the normal range.

I am giving two thumbs up to adding testosterone in reasonable amounts to keep muscle tone and postive attitude.

I am also going to start taking protein whey milk shakes instead of junk food to help my keep leaner and start strength traing again.
