The ingredients in the LEF toothpaste I ordered work better if left in longer contact with gums. So, after brushing with the paste, do I even need to rinse? Can I just leave the remaining paste after spitting in my mouth to allow for longer contact? Or in other words, is LEF toothpaste bad for one's health if swallowed on a daily basis?
Thank you.

I don't rinse after brushing with it for the same reason. I'm still alive.
