Hi, I've been having health problems for the last year or so and I have been rigiously trying to treat my systems with the best info i have avaliable. Recently I have had the luck of getting a grip on my symptoms with supplementation and diet and exercise but recently some of my symptoms have been comming back. Mainly the symptoms i've been having are something like this: flashing lights in vision (like seeing stars), numbness in the skin in my forehead, pressure behind the eyes, lack of focus, tenderness in the bowls (left side) and sluggish bowl movements, feelings of weekness, changes of color in body hair, (from dark to light). I can't prove this but i've had the feeling like sometimes I've had seasures  in my sleep, and changes in personality and and alterations in preception. I'm not looking for a diagnosis but does this sound like anything specific?

I have been taking fish oil, Lef multi, kyolic, and green tea which reduces my symptoms along with diet and exercise. I've been thinking about adding melatonin and pregnenolone.
